Product showcases
Service providers can showcase products, and retail stores can present products through a storefront. Buyers transact directly with the seller.
ProNearMe does not sell products or provide product checkout, collect product payments, manage orders, or handle fulfillment. Arrange payment and collection or delivery directly with the seller.
Listing content
Adult sexual products are prohibited.
Describe the product and seller accurately, including its photos, title, description, category, CAD price, city, condition where applicable, and availability. Publish only photos you own or have permission to use.
Every submitted listing and its photos require human moderation before approval. Text checks do not guarantee image safety.
Public seller contact
Public contact details must be supplied by the seller and published only with the seller's explicit opt-in. Private account contact information is not automatically copied into a listing.
Product inquiries are separate from service-job contact and hire-gated service chat.
Review and updates
- Save a listing privately as a draft.
- Submit it for review. It stays pending and is not publicly listed while awaiting a decision.
- A human moderator reviews the listing and its photos, then approves or rejects it.
- Material changes to published content require another review before the updated listing is public.
Reports and moderation
Use the report action on a product listing to flag a concern, or contact support with the listing reference and a factual description.
Administrators can review reports and hide or remove listings. A hidden or removed listing is no longer visible in public product browsing.
